Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days to make a return to us (not applicable to sale garments). We offer free returns and your order comes with a return label that you can easily use for your return.

The products must be in their original condition, they must be unused and unwashed, they must have all the Granelito labels and tags still attached to the garments, and they must be returned in the product's packaging that they were in when you unpacked the garment. 

We will start your refund as soon as we have received your return in its original condition.
