General Conditions
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
These general terms and conditions apply to your purchases on, and your use of, the websites www.granelito.co and www.granelito.com. The terms constitute an agreement between you and Moa Miró-Quesada, org. No. 19860306-5924, Ritaregatan 9A, Sweden (hereinafter Granelito).
The buyer is obliged to read the terms and conditions before purchase. When ordering on granelito.co and granelito.com, the buyer accepts the General Conditions and our Privacy and Confidentiality Policy. Granelito reserves the right to change the General Conditions.
2. APPLICABLE LAW
These General Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising in connection with the conditions when using granelito.co and granelito.com or with purchases on the site, are governed by Swedish law. Granelito may modify or change these terms and conditions. You are therefore advised to save the terms and conditions you accept at the time of purchase of your order. As a customer, you must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of granelito.co.
3. HOLDING OF RIGHTS
All rights, including copyright of granelito.co and granelito.com, remain with Granelito. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
4. ORDERS
Before finalizing and paying for an order, you can review your order and make changes. You are bound to your order only when you accept it and our general terms and conditions at checkout. An order is confirmed only when it is received by Granelito and payment has been approved. Please note that we cannot accept orders where the invoice address and delivery address cannot be verified. A digital order confirmation will be sent to the specified email address when you complete your purchase. This is a record of your online purchase but not a receipt. A digital delivery confirmation is sent to the email address provided when your order is packed and shipped from the warehouse. This is your final confirmation and record of your order and delivery. Note that it is only in the delivery confirmation that you know which products can be delivered. We reserve ourselves for final sales.
We only sell items that we have in stock. Items may be sold out during a visit to granelito.co and granelito.com and current stock and availability will be updated automatically when you reach the checkout. We cannot guarantee information on the availability of individual items, either through granelito.co and granelito.com or our stores, as items and stock may sell out.
For certain collection releases, Granelito applies maximum quantities when ordering certain items.
We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of the order.
All product information shown is subject to change, and Granelito reserves the right to change information on granelito.co and granelito.com as necessary.
We reserve the right to accept orders only from persons over 18 years of age.
4.1 "BUY 3 PAY FOR 2" OFFER
The "Buy 3 pay for 2" offer means that you get the cheapest item on purchase, and is valid on selected items. When you buy three items, you automatically get the cheapest one. When returning the free product, there is no refund as this product has never been charged for. If you return a product that you have paid for, but choose to keep the free product, you are no longer entitled to the 3 for 2 campaign and you will have to pay for the free product. This means that we will only refund the difference between the free product and the product you return. This campaign cannot be combined with other offers. In the event of overselling or if a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the entire order. We will then inform you by email which product is out of stock. When we cancel your order, the items that were on your order are put up for sale again and you can then place a new order.
4.2 "GIFT WITH PURCHASE" OFFER
Offer "Gift on purchase" means that you get a specific product free of charge when your order exceeds a certain amount, amount and product may vary depending on the campaign (e.g. buy for 1000SEK get a cap.) If you return parts of your order and then end up below the campaign value (e.g. 1000SEK) but choose to keep the free product, you are no longer entitled to take part in the campaign and you will then be charged for the free product.
5. PAYMENT OPTIONS
Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where the payment is made directly to Klarna:
- Pay within 14 days: The payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods. The conditions for paying within 14 days can be found here.
- Account: Klarna Account is an account credit provided by Klarna that allows the borrower to pay your purchases in installments of at least 1/24 (minimum 50 SEK) of the total amount of credit used or in accordance with the terms and conditions approved at the checkout. - Pay Direct: Automatic deduction from your bank account: based on direct debit and your account is debited about two banking days after the purchase has been made or the goods have been sent. The conditions for using direct debit can be found here.
- Bank transfer: Your account will be debited immediately after the order is placed.

In order to offer a range of different payment options, we need to share your personal, contact and order data with the provider of the respective payment service. We advise you to read our privacy policy.
The use of this data is regulated in accordance with the applicable data protection law and Klarna's privacy policy.
The total amount of the order value, shipping and any other costs are checked and reserved on your payment card before the amount is deducted.
Online prices are quoted in the following currencies: EUR, SEK, GBP, or USD. Granelito reserves the right, if necessary, to update prices on granelito.co and granelito.com. Granelito will not be held responsible for any currency changes or exchange rates.
6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Delivery time depends on the country of delivery and choice of shipping option. Your order will be processed within 1-3 days with some exceptions such as collection releases, inventory, holidays and sales. Granelito does not take responsibility for any delays caused by customs handling.
If a delivery is delayed or cannot be sent due to stock or other reasons, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the order is placed. The customer may then cancel and/or be refunded at no extra cost.
6.1 SHIPPING COST AND CURRENCY
The shipping cost is indicated in EUR, SEK, GBP, DKK or USD and is determined by the weight of the package and the country of delivery.
6.2 UNCLAIMED PARCELS
Granelito is not responsible for packages left at postal agents. The customer will be charged for the cost of return shipping and administrative costs, 200 kr.
6.3 CUSTOMS DUTIES
Orders to non-EU countries may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes charged when parcels reach the country of destination. These are only determined when the package arrives at local customs in the country of delivery. Granelito cannot anticipate or control these charges. For orders to the USA, please refer to www.granelito.com. Your order will then be shipped from our warehouse in the USA. Granelito sends packages under the Delivery At Place (DAP) delivery terms. This means that we are not responsible for VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information on rules and fees. It is the customer's responsibility to pay additional fees for any customs clearance.
6.4 TRACKING
The delivery confirmation for your order contains a tracking link that provides information on the location of your shipment. Granelito is not responsible for any errors in the respective distributor's information.
6.5 TRANSPORT DAMAGE/NON-DELIVERY OF GOODS
If, upon receipt of your package, you discover that the shipment is visibly damaged in transit, this must be reported immediately to the carrier, this applies both to home delivery and when you pick up the package yourself at an agent. If during unpacking you discover that the contents are damaged or that goods are missing, you are obliged as a customer to contact Granelito's customer service shop@granelito.com no later than 7 calendar days from receipt of goods with your order number and case number from the parcel agent. When returning products, the customer is financially responsible if the products are damaged or do not arrive.
6.6 FAULTY GOODS/INFORMATION
Should Granelito send faulty or damaged products, Granelito reserves the right to have all products returned in their original condition. The customer must return the faulty item to Granelito within 14 days and the shipping is paid by Granelito using the return label provided with your order.
Should an item be displayed and sold at an incorrect price on granelito.co and granelito.com due to technical problems or mistakes by Granelito staff, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund the money and inform the customer of the situation.
7. RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When buying online at granelito.co and granelito.com , the customer has the right to cancel and return a purchase against a valid receipt within 14 calendar days from the order being delivered in the mailbox, to the door or agent. Returns within Sweden are franked with the attached return note and left at Postnord or agent.
For an authorized return, the product must meet the following requirements. The product must be returned in saleable condition, in the original packaging of the product. Any labels and tags must remain on the garment. Products that are used, damaged, dirty, washed or worn will not be accepted for return. If the return is not accepted, a full refund will not be given.
The package must be stamped with the return label you receive with your order containing the order number and contact details for our warehouse. The delivery note must be attached to the package and must be filled in with the goods being returned and the reason for the return. Goods or packages that cannot be identified may be denied an authorized return and refund. When returning multiple items from an order, all items must be returned in one package. The customer is responsible for the return until the package is received and registered at our warehouse.
We process returns within 30 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once the return has been processed and approved, a refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. It may take up to 5 banking days before the refund is available in the customer's bank account.
A confirmation email will be sent to the customer once the return has been approved and refunded. If there are problems or questions regarding a return, the customer will be contacted. If a return is refused, Granelitointe can guarantee that the item will be returned to the customer.
7.1 COMPLAINTS
If you discover a production defect, the goods can be claimed against a valid receipt or proof of payment. Products that are damaged due to wear and tear are not considered defective. If possible, we offer to repair defective products. If repair is not possible or the product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping and return costs. In case of approved complaints, Granelito is responsible for all additional costs. Granelito follows the Consumer Purchase Act for complaints, for more information visit konsumentverket.se.
The customer is responsible for unpacking and checking that the products in the package are faultless within 7 days of the order being delivered. Should a product be damaged, broken, dirty or otherwise incorrect on delivery, a complaint should be made via our customer service. If the product is returned in the usual way, the return may be refused.
When complaining about purchases made on granelito.co and granelito.com , customer service must always be contacted before a complaint is sent in return. Customer service determines whether it is an approved return and then gives instructions on how to send the complaint to our warehouse. Claims submitted without approval or contact with customer service may be denied a refund. If the claim is denied, Granelitoi cannot guarantee that the item will be returned to the customer.
You have the right to complain about a product purchased on granelito.co and granelito.com within 3 years against a valid proof of payment. If customer service asks you to return the product, it must be washed before being returned. Useful life deduction on outerwear applies. At 1 year of use, 20% is deducted after 2 years, 30% is deducted from the price.
7.2 MODIFICATION OF ORDERS
When you complete a purchase and receive an order confirmation, we start processing the order in our system and at our warehouse. Once the package has left the warehouse, there is no way to change your order. If you discover errors in the contact details provided, it is your responsibility to contact customer service. Granelito is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly stated address by a consumer.
7.3 REPLACEMENT OF GOODS
We do not offer exchanges via our warehouse for online purchases(granelito.co and granelito.com). If the customer wishes to exchange items in an order, they are asked to make a return and place a new order with the correct item. 8. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure, our obligations via granelito.co are suspended. In the event of force majeure, both the customer and Granelito have the right to cancel, in whole or in part, any agreements without any obligation to pay damages or fulfill any obligations. By force majeure, we generally mean, but not limited to, natural disasters, war, strikes, import/export bans, transport disruptions and illness, whether this occurs with us as a company or with our suppliers.
9. FRAUD
Granelito reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders that are suspected of being executed in a fraudulent or otherwise harmful manner to ensure the safety of our consumers' transactions through granelito.co and granelito.com. We also reserve the right, if necessary, to forward transaction information if requested to an official authority or payment partner in case of suspected fraudulent transactions or identity theft. Individuals who violate the above rules or the restriction of password protected areas on granelito.co and granelito.com may be subject to prosecution.
