HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER

To place an order, select the product you want to buy and place it in your shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout, where you fill in your personal details and pay for the order. We have several verification steps when you as a customer place your order, all to make the experience and environment as safe as possible. An order is confirmed only when it is received by Granelito and payment has been approved. A digital order confirmation is sent to the specified e-mail address when you complete your purchase. This is a receipt/payment basis for your order. As a customer, you do not need an account to place an order, but you need to provide a valid email address, phone number and contact information at checkout. If you wish, you can register at the checkout to facilitate future orders and receive offers.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Granelito always strives to ship your order as soon as possible after ordering. Your order is normally processed within 1-3 business days with some exceptions such as collection releases, inventory, holidays and sales. 1-3 business days after the order is sent, your order will reach you. Please note that the estimated delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to external factors beyond the control of Granelito and its courier company. These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc.

POSTNORD

We usually send your order in a letter via Postnord, which can be delivered to your doorstep, your mailbox or an agent. When collecting the shipment, a valid ID document must be presented. Agents show both valid IDs. When delivering via Postnord, you will receive a delivery confirmation for your order and a tracking link that provides information about the location of your shipment (except for goods letters via PostNord within SE). Granelito is not responsible for any errors in the respective distributor's information. It can take up to one day for the tracking number to be activated. Should it not work, or that you as a customer have not received a tracking link, please contact our customer service.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I change my order?

Before finalizing and paying for an order, you can review your order and make changes. You are bound by your order only when you accept it and our Terms and Conditions at checkout. When you complete a purchase and receive an order confirmation, we start processing the order in our system and at our warehouse. Once the package has left the warehouse, there is no way to change your order. If you discover errors in the contact details provided, it is your obligation to contact customer service immediately. Granelito is not responsible for the correct processing of an order where the consumer has entered incorrect information.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

We process your order as soon as it is ordered so there is very little time for you to change or delete your order. If you want to change anything, please contact our customer service. If your order is already packed and shipped, you may return it and place a new order. Granelito is not responsible for an order sent to an incorrectly stated address by a consumer.

CAN I ADD PRODUCTS TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot add products to an existing order. We recommend that you place a new order. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

In times of high pressure (such as Christmas shopping) we have no possibility to cancel/shorten/interrupt your order. We make every effort to ship your order from our warehouse as soon as possible. It is of course possible to send your order back to us. If your order is delivered to an agent, you can ask the agent to return the shipment to us. The cost of return shipping is borne by you, the customer. Only when the package has returned to our warehouse will we be able to make a refund.
